Ingredientes

  • 2 1/3 c. Sodium-reduced chicken broth
  • 3/4 c. Lentils
  • 3/4 c. Minced onion
  • 1/2 c. Uncooked brown rice
  • 1/4 c. White wine or possibly water
  • 1/2 tsp Dry basil, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed dry oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Whole thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 c. Shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese

Direcciones

  1. In 2-1/2 qt casserole, combine broth, lentils, onion, rice, wine, basil, oregano, thyme, garlic pwdr and 1/4 c. cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hrs, adding more broth if casserole becomes dry.
  2. Top with remaining cheese and bake another 3 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
