Ingredientes

  • 5 1/3 c. chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 c. dry lentils
  • 1 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1 c. brown rice
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon dry basil, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounce. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except 1/2 of cheese, in 2 1/2 qt ungreased dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs, covered. Uncover and top with remaining cheese. Bake 2 or possibly 3 min.
