Receta Herbed Oatmeal Bread

- Pour boiling water over oats and let it stand 1/2 hour.
- Soak yeast in 1/3 c. hot water - let butter soften.
- Add in salt, butter, molasses and special ingredients to oat mix.
- Add in yeast, 1/2 at a time, alternating with 2 c. flour.
- Knead in remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
- Cover, let rise 3/4 hour till dough is doubled. Punch down. Put in two buttered large loaf pans.
- Let rise 3/4 hour till doubled.
- Bake in cool oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till done.
