- Shell and devein shrimp. Heat butter in large fry pan. Saute/fry mushrooms, tomatoes and celery in butter for 3 min. Push vegetables to one side. Add in shrimp and sprinkle with combined seasonings. Saute/fry shrimp, stirring for 2 min. Add in lemon juice. Combine shrimp and vegetables. Cover and simmer for 5 min. Transfer to chafing dish. Flame with brandy. Serve over rice. 4 servings.
