Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Vanilla honey ice lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Raw lowfat milk
  • 1 x Banana peeled and cut in chunks
  • 3 x Pecans broken
  • 2 Tbsp. Raw wheat germ
  • 2 Tbsp. Protein pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Combine ice lowfat milk, raw lowfat milk, banana, pecans, wheat germ, and protein pwdr in blender container. Blend till smooth but still thick. Pour into chilled glass.
