- 1 c. Raw lowfat milk
- 1 x Banana peeled and cut in chunks
- 3 x Pecans broken
- 2 Tbsp. Raw wheat germ
- 2 Tbsp. Protein pwdr
Direcciones
- Combine ice lowfat milk, raw lowfat milk, banana, pecans, wheat germ, and protein pwdr in blender container. Blend till smooth but still thick. Pour into chilled glass.
