Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. soy flour
  • 1/2 c. powdered lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr (add in 1/2 teaspoon more for waffles)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Mix ingredients in order given. Blend thoroughly together. Let set 5 min. Pour 2 heaping tbsp into waffle or possibly griddle. Bake till you're satisfied with texture/coloring.
