Receta High Protein Pancakes/Waffles

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c. soy flour
- 1/2 c. powdered lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr (add in 1/2 teaspoon more for waffles)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients in order given. Blend thoroughly together. Let set 5 min. Pour 2 heaping tbsp into waffle or possibly griddle. Bake till you're satisfied with texture/coloring.
