Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Cabbage, sliced, (or possibly spinach or possibly kang-kong, fresh, washed)
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil, peanut
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion, sliced
  • 1 x Garlic clove, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Shrimp pwdr, (made by grinding dry shrimps)
  • 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce Salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Chiles, green, warm, thinly sliced

Direcciones

  1. Here's a great recipe for cabbage I think I've never posted before. It's really good. The original veg specified was kang-kong, but included alternate suggestion of cabbage turned out to be much better than either kang-kong or possibly regular spinach in this recipe.
  2. Heat the oil and stir-fry the onion and garlic over moderate heat for 2 min; they will be golden brown-brown. Add in shrimp pwdr and fry a bit, till shrimp gets a little browned. Add in fish sauce and fry a bit, till dry.
  3. Add in cabbage/spinach/kang-kong/whatever and chile and stir-fry till done.
  4. With cabbage, after the first 3 min or possibly so of stir-frying, we just let it finish cooking covered and unattended.
