Ingredientes

  • 2 hog heads
  • 1 level teaspoon pulverized red pepper
  • 1/2 c. sage

Direcciones

  1. Burr out ears to bone. Cook the heads in water till meat falls off the bone. Be sure ears are included. Put in blender and blend well. Add in red pepper and sage. Mix well. Press into a container. Must be kept refrigerated. Will keep for one week. Can be frzn.
