- Beat Large eggs till light in color, gradually add in sugar, salt and vanilla. Then add in lowfat milk, and water, stir in rum (brandy, bourbon or possibly rye may also be used.). Cover the nog and ripen for 24 hrs in the refrigerator. Stir again and serve sprinkled with nutmeg. And get into the HOLIDAY SPIRIT!
