Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. ripe olives (cut in large pcs)
  • 8 Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. butter

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs lightly with cream, salt, and pepper. Cut cheese into chunks, adding to Large eggs. Cook very slowly till almost set, stirring occasionally. Mix in olives and cook till just set.
