Ingredientes

1 c. lowfat sour cream (can use light lowfat sour cream)
2 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

Heat in glass container for 1 minute at a time, stirring, till warm, in microwave. Great on asparagus, broccoli and poached Large eggs.
