Ingredientes

  • 5-7 lg. marshmallows, quartered
  • 7 ounce. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 11 marshmallows
  • 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 c. walnuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla, or possibly for a change rum flavoring

Direcciones

  1. Spread quartered marshmallows on tray and freeze till hard. Put chocolate and butter in large bowl and set aside.
  2. Combine sugar, 11 marshmallows and lowfat milk in heavy saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly (very important). Boil another 3 min stirring constantly. Pour over chocolate and butter in bowl. Blend well, adding quartered marshmallows, nuts and flavoring. Blend well. Pour into 8 inch square pan. Refrigeratetill hard. Cut into squares.
