Ingredientes

  • 4 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 c. flour, sifted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1 lg. can Milnot condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 c. minced nuts
  • 1 can Solo poppy seed

Direcciones

  1. Sift flour with baking soda. Mix Large eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Add in the flour mix and Milnot condensed lowfat milk in this order, 1/3 of flour mix and 1/2 can Milnot, 1/3 flour mix and 1/2 can Milnot, then last of 1/3 flour mix. (Beating well after each addition.) Add in poppy seed and minced nuts. Bake in greased and floured angel food cake pan at 350 for 1 1/4 hrs (sometimes longer).
