Receta Holiday Poppy Seed Nut Cake

Ingredientes
- 4 Large eggs, well beaten
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. flour, sifted
- 1 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 lg. can Milnot condensed lowfat milk
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 can Solo poppy seed
Direcciones
- Sift flour with baking soda. Mix Large eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Add in the flour mix and Milnot condensed lowfat milk in this order, 1/3 of flour mix and 1/2 can Milnot, 1/3 flour mix and 1/2 can Milnot, then last of 1/3 flour mix. (Beating well after each addition.) Add in poppy seed and minced nuts. Bake in greased and floured angel food cake pan at 350 for 1 1/4 hrs (sometimes longer).
