Holiday Pumpkin Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd cloves
  • 2 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 2 c. pumpkin (fresh or possibly canned)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon all spice
  • 1 can evaporated lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Combine and mix sugar, salt and spices. Add in pumpkin, lowfat milk, and Large eggs. Beat till smooth. Pour into shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 35 min or possibly till custard is set and knife inserted comes out clean. (to serve: top each piece with whip cream.)
