Receta Holiday Recipe Club: Wild Onion Baked Omelet
Ingredientes
- 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. wild onions, chopped (greens and all)
- 2 c. packed spinach or kale (or combo of both), chopped
- 4 farm fresh eggs
- 1/4 c. 2% organic milk
- 1/4 c. plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 t. salt
- Ground pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Asiago (I used a mixture of both.)
