Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Unbleached white flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 c. Shortening
  • 2/3 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Mix the flour, baking pwdr, sugar and salt with an electric hand mixer.
  2. Blend in the shortening. Fold in the lowfat milk with a fork. Knead about 12 to 15 strokes. Pat out on a floured surface 1/2- to 3/4-inch inch thick/ Cut and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 min at 450-degrees.
  3. Yield: approximately 16 biscuits.
