Homemade Cole Slaw

A perfect side for burgers and sandwiches.

Ingredientes

  • 1 head finely shredded green cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup chopped flat leaf Italian parsley
  • 1 tablespoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cracked black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Place all of the above ingredients in a large metal bowl and mix until everything is incorporated. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Re-toss, and serve.
  2. This coleslaw is great by itself, or on a sandwich!
