Receta Homemade Cole Slaw
A perfect side for burgers and sandwiches.
Ingredientes
- 1 head finely shredded green cabbage
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup rice wine vinegar
- ¼ cup chopped flat leaf Italian parsley
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh cracked black pepper
Direcciones
- Place all of the above ingredients in a large metal bowl and mix until everything is incorporated. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Re-toss, and serve.
- This coleslaw is great by itself, or on a sandwich!
