Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Unbleached flour
  • 1/8 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. Warm water
  • 3 Tbsp. Warm water

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, and salt; stir well. Add in oil and water, stirring till mix forms a dough. Divide into 24 equal portions. Roll each with a rolling pin to a very thin circle, about 6" in diameter, turning dough and rolling both sides. Place an unprepared skillet over medium heat; cook tortillas 2 min on each side or possibly till lightly browned, being careful not to let tortillas wrinkle. (Pat tortillas lightly with a spatula while browning the second side.)
