Ingredientes

  • 2 c. macaroni noodles
  • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Table Blend seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • Dash white pepper
  • 16 ounce. American cheese, cubed

Direcciones

  1. Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water for 5 min, drain and rinse. Dissolve cornstarch in approximately 2 Tbsp. water; add in to lowfat milk. In saucepan, heat butter; add in lowfat milk. Cook on low heat to thicken; stirring constantly. Turn off heat and add in cheese; stir till melted. Bake in greased casserole for 20 to 25 min till heated or possibly browned.
