Ingredientes

  • 4 Tbsp. mustard pwdr
  • 1/2 c. yellow mustard seeds
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 2 clv garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp grnd ginger
  • 1/4 tsp grnd allspice
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan, whisk mustard pwdr, mustard seeds and water. Set aside. In another saucepan combine remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 min. Whisk this mix into the mustard mix. Bring this combined mix to a boil and simmer for 10 min. Pour into a stainless bowl and let stand for 2 to 3 hrs. Put mix into a blender and pulse twice. Pour into a sterile jar and let stand at room temperature over night. Chill.
  2. Yield: 1 c. (250 ml)
