Receta Homemade Mustard

Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. mustard pwdr
- 1/2 c. yellow mustard seeds
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 2 clv garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp grnd ginger
- 1/4 tsp grnd allspice
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- In a saucepan, whisk mustard pwdr, mustard seeds and water. Set aside. In another saucepan combine remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 min. Whisk this mix into the mustard mix. Bring this combined mix to a boil and simmer for 10 min. Pour into a stainless bowl and let stand for 2 to 3 hrs. Put mix into a blender and pulse twice. Pour into a sterile jar and let stand at room temperature over night. Chill.
