Receta Homemade Oreo Cookie Ice Cream

Ingredientes

3 egg yolks 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk 4 teaspoon vanilla

1 c. crushed Oreo cookies (about 12) 2 c. (1 pt.) whipping cream, do not use whipped topping

Direcciones

1. In a large bowl beat egg yolks; stir in lowfat milk and vanilla. Mix in cookies and whipped cream. Pour in aluminum foil lined pan or possibly a 2 qt container. Cover; freeze 6 hrs or possibly till hard.
