Receta Homemade Pumpkin Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 pumpkin
- 2 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk (evaporated)
Direcciones
- Cut pumpkin into wedges. Pressure cook or possibly boil till skin peels. Remove skin. Place pumpkin into blender and mix. Take 2 c. blended pumpkin and add in all the ingredients. Mix well. Pour into ready crust pie shell. Put into preheated 425 degree oven. Bake 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 45 min or possibly till knife comes out clean. Serve warm with whipped cream. Makes 2 pies.
