Receta Homemaker's Holiday Casserole (Tuna Or Chicken)

Ingredientes
- 2 c. macaroni, uncooked
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed cream style soup (mushroom, celery)
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 pound processed Velveeta or possibly sharp cheese, grated or possibly cut in sm. cubes
- 1 tbsp. minced pimento
- 1 tbsp. minced green pepper
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can tuna or possibly 1 c. cut-up chicken
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni according to directions in package. Combine soup, lowfat milk, minced pimento, green pepper, onion and black pepper. Place over low heat, adding cheese and stir occasionally till cheese is melted.
- Mix macaroni and tuna or possibly chicken in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Blend in cheese sauce and chill. When ready to serve, place in 325 degree oven about 30 min or possibly till sauce is bubbling. May also be baked immediately without refrigeration at 325 degrees about 15 min. Serves 6.
