Receta Honey Apple Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 4 boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 1 c. apple cider or possibly apple juice
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except pork chops. Place chops in shallow dish and cover with cider mix. Cover and chill overnight, turning meat occasionally. Remove pork chops from marinade. Place on grill about 6 inches from medium warm coals. Grill 10-15 min, turning once and basting with marinade.
