Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Honey
  • 1/3 c. Margarine
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 x Egg
  • 3/4 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. Unbleached flour
  • 1/2 c. Rolled oats
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Banana, mashed, ripe
  • 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced

Direcciones

  1. Cream honey and margarine in large mixing bowl till fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine dry ingredients. Add in alternately with bananas, blending well. Stir in walnuts. Spoon into greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees F 50 to 55 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted near center of loaf comes out clean. Cold completely before slicing.
