%20%20But%20it%20was%20getting%20late%20and%20I%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ewas%20still%20messing%20in%20the%20kitchen%20so%20I%20was%20wondering%20what%20I'm%20going%20to%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emake%20for%20dinner.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20just%20bought%20some%20very%20lg.%20chicken%20breasts%20the%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eother%20day%20that%20were%20on%20a%20good%20sale%20too.%20So%20I%20took%20two%20of%20them%20out,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Esprinkled%20them%20with%20some%20olive%20oil,%20s%20&%20p,%20and%20garlic%20powder%20and%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ebaked%20them%20in%20the%20oven%20while%20I%20was%20making%20the%20salsa.%20%20Once%20they%20were%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Edone%20I%20skinned%20them%20and%20took%20the%20meat%20off%20the%20bones%20and%20cut%20it%20up%20for%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethis%20dinner.%20I%20also%20had%20a%20bunch%20of%20lime%20juice%20in%20the%20fridge%20from%20that%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efreebie%20stuff%20I%20got%20awhile%20back,%20so%20I%20used%20alot%20of%20it%20for%20this%20and%20for%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethe%20salsa.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20love%20this%20sooooo%20much.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eon%20the%20bottom%20of%20a%2013%20x%209%20in.%20pan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFill%20tortillas%20with%20the%20chicken%20and%20top%20with%20some%20cheese.%20Save%20about%20a%20cup%20of%20cheese%20for%20the%20top.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20remaining%20enchilada%20sauce%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ewith%20the%20sour%20cream%20and%20pour%20over%20all%20filled%20tortillas.%20Top%20with%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Echeese.%20Bake%20at%20350%20for%20about%2030%20min.%20or%20till%20starting%20to%20get%20brown%20and%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ecrispy%20on%20top.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESometimes%20we%20serve%20with%20extra%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Esour%20cream%20but%20you%20don't%20really%20need%20it%20if%20there's%20alot%20of%20sauce.%20I%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Elike%20chile%20verde%20salsa%20on%20top%20of%20mine%20or%20guacamole.%20(sometimes%20both!!)%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
