Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2/3 c. Evaporated Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 2 c. (12 ounces ) white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c. honey-roasted peanuts, divided
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  1. LINE 9 inch-square baking pan with foil. COMBINE sugar, evaporated lowfat milk and butter in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 min. Remove from heat.
  2. STIR in marshmallows, morsels, 1 c. peanuts and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or possibly till marshmallows are melted. Pour into prepared baking pan. Coarsely chop remaining peanuts. Sprinkle over fudge; press in. Chill for 2 hrs or possibly till hard. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into squares.
