Ingredientes

  • 1 x Pear (such as Bartlett or possibly Anjou), peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 tsp Grated orange peel
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. Honey
  • 1 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Honey
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly parave margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh orange juice

Direcciones

  1. Arrange pear slices in bottom of a greased 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle with flour, orange peel and cinnamon; drizzle proportionately with honey.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt; mix well. In a small bowl, combine honey, egg, butter and orange juice; mix well. Add in to flour mix, stirring till just blended. Spread mix proportionately over pears. Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 to 35 min or possibly till browned.
  3. Let cold 5 min on wire rack; invert onto platter. Serve hot.
  4. Note: For kosher kitchen, always use certified kosher products. Suitable for Rosh Hashanah.
