Honey Whole Wheat Rolls

Ingredientes

  • 4 c. lowfat milk, warmed
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. shortening or possibly veg. oil
  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. dry yeast
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 9 c. whole wheat flour

Direcciones

  1. Combine lowfat milk, water, shortening, honey, salt and Large eggs in mixer. Add in 5 c. whole wheat flour and mix till well blended. Add in dry yeast and blend again. Add in 4 c. of remaining whole wheat flour and knead 10 min. Put dough in large bowl. Cover with kitchen towel till double in bulk. Roll out 1/2 inch thick on floured board. Cut with round cutter. Let rise till double in bulk. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
