- Heat oil, add in turkey, salt, pepper.
- Saute/fry over high heat till brown.
- Combine pineapple and honey.
- Add in to turkey and saute/fry 3 min more.
- Remove pan from heat and stir in lemon juice and pimento. Arrange turkey at 1 side of platter.
- Toss broccoli with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
- Serve along side of turkey.
- Makes 2 servings - 320 calories each.
