Receta Honeyed Turkey With Broccoli
Ingredientes
- 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 8 ounce. shredded cooked turkey (may use grnd turkey)
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon minced pimento (optional but good color)
- 2 c. cooked broccoli flowerets, hot
Direcciones
- Heat oil, add in turkey, salt, pepper.
- Saute/fry over high heat till brown.
- Combine pineapple and honey.
- Add in to turkey and saute/fry 3 min more.
- Remove pan from heat and stir in lemon juice and pimento. Arrange turkey at 1 side of platter.
- Toss broccoli with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
- Serve along side of turkey.
- Makes 2 servings - 320 calories each.
