Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb flank steak, lean
  • 2 tsp finely minced ginger root, Or possibly
  • 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp chinese 5 spice, Or possibly
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 med onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb broccoli flowerets
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 lrg tomatoes, cut in wedges

Direcciones

  1. Slice steak into thin strips.
  2. In mixing bowl combine steak, ginger, cornstarch, salt and Chinese 5 spice. Heat oil in electirc wok or possibly pan uncovered at 375 degrees. Add in meat mix and stir fy 2 to 3 min. Push up side of wok. Add in onions and stir fry 1 minute. Push up side of wok. Add in broccoli flowerets and stir fry 3 min. Push up wok side, add in mushrooms and stir fry 1 minute. Add in tomato wedges and gently stir all ingredients to combine.
  3. Reduce heat to hot for serving.
