Receta Hong Kong Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb flank steak, lean
- 2 tsp finely minced ginger root, Or possibly
- 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chinese 5 spice, Or possibly
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 med onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb broccoli flowerets
- 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 lrg tomatoes, cut in wedges
Direcciones
- Slice steak into thin strips.
- In mixing bowl combine steak, ginger, cornstarch, salt and Chinese 5 spice. Heat oil in electirc wok or possibly pan uncovered at 375 degrees. Add in meat mix and stir fy 2 to 3 min. Push up side of wok. Add in onions and stir fry 1 minute. Push up side of wok. Add in broccoli flowerets and stir fry 3 min. Push up wok side, add in mushrooms and stir fry 1 minute. Add in tomato wedges and gently stir all ingredients to combine.
- Reduce heat to hot for serving.
