Ingredientes

  • 1 x catfish (600g)
  • 50 x sen worth of dry chillies
  • 6 x shallots
  • 4 clv garlic
  • 2 1/2 x cm fresh turmeric
  • 2 stalk serai (lemon grass)--smash
  • 2 sprg daun kesum Tamarind juice Veg. oil

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil and fry the grnd ingredients till fragrant. Add in lemon grass, fish and tamarind juice. Add in salt to taste.
  2. When fish is cooked, add in daun kesum.
