Ingredientes

  • 600 gm flower crabs, remove the shells and cut into halves, toss lightly with tapioca flour, then deep fry
  • 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. minced shallots
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped bean paste (taucheong)
  • 2 Tbsp. chilli sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar to taste
  • 1 x salt to taste
  • 1 dsh pepper
  • 1 tsp Maggi ikan bilis granules
  • 1/2 c. water

Direcciones

  1. MethodSAUTE ingredients (A) in 2 to 3 tbsp oil till aromatic. Fold in seasoning and bring to a boil.
  2. Add in the crab pcs and stir-fry well. Then allow to simmer until sauce is slightly thick. Serve with garnishing.
