Receta Hot And Sour Crabs

Ingredientes
- 600 gm flower crabs, remove the shells and cut into halves, toss lightly with tapioca flour, then deep fry
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 1 Tbsp. minced shallots
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. chopped bean paste (taucheong)
- 2 Tbsp. chilli sauce
- 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar to taste
- 1 x salt to taste
- 1 dsh pepper
- 1 tsp Maggi ikan bilis granules
- 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- MethodSAUTE ingredients (A) in 2 to 3 tbsp oil till aromatic. Fold in seasoning and bring to a boil.
- Add in the crab pcs and stir-fry well. Then allow to simmer until sauce is slightly thick. Serve with garnishing.
