Ingredientes

  • 2 med Zucchini or possibly yellow crookneck squash, sliced very thin
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 x Green onion sliced thin Minced serranos or possibly jalapenos to taste [I use lots]
  • 1 tsp Prepared mustard,
  • 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd white pepper, or possibly to taste

Direcciones

  1. Put the zucchini in a colander or possibly on towels to drain off the moisture.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients. Add in the zucchini and mix well. Pour into a lightly oiled 2-qt casserole. Bake at 350 F for 40 to 45 min.
