Receta Hot Bananas With Cinnamon Coconut Sauce

- Remove ends from bananas, place bananas into a covered steamer over a pan of boiling water, cook for 5 min.
- Use tongs and a knife to peel off banana skins.
- To make Cinnamon coconut sauce:Add in flour,sugar and cinnamon to a pan and stir till well combined. Add in coconut lowfat milk and blend till smooth.Stir constantly over medium heat till mix boils and thickens.Simmer for 2 min.Serve Cinnamon coconut sauce with warm bananas.
- Note:Banana skinswill turn black during cooking but the bananas will be golden brown inside.
