Ingredientes

  • 2 cups low fat milk
  • 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 ounce milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon granulated white sugar, or to taste (optional)
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons low fat whipped cream
  • Grated chocolate or cocoa powder

Direcciones

  1. Place the milk, chocolate, and sugar (optional), in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk periodically until the mixture just reaches the boiling point. Remove from heat. Use a wire whisk or immersion blender to whip the hot chocolate, if desired for more foam.
  2. Pour the hot chocolate into two cups and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
