Receta Hot Chocolate
Ingredientes
- 2 cups low fat milk
- 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 ounce milk chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon granulated white sugar, or to taste (optional)
- 1 or 2 tablespoons low fat whipped cream
- Grated chocolate or cocoa powder
Direcciones
- Place the milk, chocolate, and sugar (optional), in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk periodically until the mixture just reaches the boiling point. Remove from heat. Use a wire whisk or immersion blender to whip the hot chocolate, if desired for more foam.
- Pour the hot chocolate into two cups and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
