Receta Hot Chocolate Chocolat

- Place chocolate and water in a small, heavy bottomed saucepan over very low heat. Cover the pan and let chocolate soften till it is just melted.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and beat chocolate into a smooth paste.
- In a different saucepan, heat lowfat milk till it boils.
- Add in 6 Tbsp. of lowfat milk to chocolate paste to dilute it. Then add in remaining lowfat milk, stirring constantly.
- Pour into mugs. Serves 2.
