Receta Hot Chocolate Chocolat
Ingredientes
- 2 ounce. sweet chocolate, broken into bits or possibly lowfat milk chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- 1. Place chocolate and water in a small, heavy bottomed saucepan over very low heat. Cover the pan and let chocolate soften till it is just melted.
- 2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and beat chocolate into a smooth paste.
- 3. In a different saucepan, heat lowfat milk till it boils.
- 4. Add in 6 Tbsp. of lowfat milk to chocolate paste to dilute it. Then add in remaining lowfat milk, stirring constantly.
- 5. Pour into mugs. Serves 2.
