Ingredientes

  • 2 c. chopped clams with juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 finely minced onion
  • Garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. finely minced green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • Paprika
  • 1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese

Direcciones

  1. Simmer clams and lemon juice in a saucepan for 15 min.
  2. Heat butter in frying pan. Add in all ingredients except bread crumbs, paprika and cheese.
  3. After 15 min, combine clams and butter mix.
  4. Add in bread crumbs.
  5. Pour into ovenware serving dish. Top with grated Velveeta. Sprinkle paprika on cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Serve hot with crackers.
