Receta Hot Clam Dip

Ingredientes
- 2 c. chopped clams with juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 finely minced onion
- Garlic salt
- 1/2 c. finely minced green pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- Paprika
- 1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese
Direcciones
- 1. Simmer clams and lemon juice in a saucepan for 15 min.
- 2. Heat butter in frying pan. Add in all ingredients except bread crumbs, paprika and cheese.
- 3. After 15 min, combine clams and butter mix.
- 4. Add in bread crumbs.
- 5. Pour into ovenware serving dish. Top with grated Velveeta. Sprinkle paprika on cheese.
- 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Serve hot with crackers.
