Ingredientes

  • 2 (7 1/2 ounce.) cans chopped clams with juice
  • 1 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley, minced fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 ounce. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Direcciones

  1. Mix together all ingredients except cheese, in oven-proof serving dish (pie plate). Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and top with shredded Mozzarella. Bake in 350 degree oven, 15 min or possibly till lightly browned. Serve with crackers and little chunks of Italian bread.
